Breakages
If your product is damaged during transit or upon delivery, please take a picture of it and send it to the phone number provided (+91 73280 50021) via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Our team will promptly address the issue.
To ensure a safe return of the product, we require the original packaging with all foam and cushioning included, even if the product is broken. This is for our reference purposes. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellation
We prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us via email at contact@funky3d.com or by calling our customer support number at 73280 50021. We are always happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
Please note: Orders can be canceled within 24–48 hours before dispatching. As we typically dispatch orders within 24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
Return Process
At Funky3D, we offer a return policy for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the product, applicable only for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product. This time frame begins from the date the product was delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@funky3d.com or call us at 73280 50021 between 10 AM and 7 PM.
To determine the reason for return, we kindly request that you send us two images of the product – one of the damaged part and one of the entire product. Please email these images to contact@funky3d.com, where our Quality Assurance team will review the details to confirm eligibility.
After receiving your email with images, we will review and provide you with the status of your Return Request within 2–3 days. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the return shipping via the same courier service and bear the cost of shipping.
Please seal your package and return it to the courier service.
It usually takes about 5–7 days for the delivery at our warehouse. Once the product reaches our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it, and the refund process will be initiated within 2–3 business days. The amount will then reflect in your bank account.

Product must be returned with original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label, invoice, etc.

The product must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds
We know you’ll love it, but if you don’t, just send it back. We'll give you a full refund.
All refunds will be processed within 2–3 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
Refunds can be made in the form of Store Credits, which are the fastest way of refund. Store Credits act as money with no expiry date and no limitations on usage – they’re usually processed immediately after confirmation.

Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your bank account details).
Please allow 2–3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your statements.
